Short version: your details run your audit. Nothing else happens to them.
| What we collect | Audit bookings contain what you typed: name, practice, contact details, website. If you use the chat helper on any page, your messages go to our voice provider to generate the reply. The site sets no marketing cookies and runs no cross-site trackers. Privacy-friendly analytics counts visits without cookies. |

| State privacy rights | If you live in California, Virginia, Texas, Colorado, or another state with a privacy law, you can ask what we hold, fix it, delete it, and opt out of any sale or targeted use. We do not sell details. Email us with the state you live in and we answer within 45 days. |
| Health information | Never send patient health details through this site. The audit covers your public presence and your own contact details only. Patient lists move later under contract with proper safeguards where they apply. |
| Messages to your patients | Sent only with consent basis confirmed, opt out on every conversation, STOP honored at once. TCPA and carrier rules apply to every campaign. Ask us anything about this at the contact below. |
| Security | Access is limited to the people running your audit. Email in transit follows provider protections. No system is perfect, and we will tell you if something goes wrong. |
| Retention | Audit emails are kept while we work together and deleted on request. One email removes you from everything. |
| Children | This site is for practice owners and staff. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their details. |
| International visitors | We serve US practices and process data in the US. If you visit from outside the US, this policy still applies, and we respect GDPR principles: data minimization, purpose limits, and consent where required. |
| Changes | Last updated September 2026. If this policy changes in substance, the date above moves and the change is noted for 30 days. |
